Silky slumber breeze

These days I am going through quite strange, funny and tough situations as far as my academic scene is concerned. Relax. I will surely elaborate how at the same time three different and incompatible sentiments fit in my present situation.

Now no matter whether I am in the morning classes or afternoon classes this high intensified sleeping breeze just doesn’t decide to ignore me .My saying ‘yaar neend aa rahi hai ‘ post 8am class gets the reply ‘tell me if you’ve got a new thing to share ‘ from my friends. My friends took a good time to believe that I even go to sleep in KG’ class too. Now KG is one of the teachers who are known for their strictness, stiffness and the prim attitude. Same time she is a woman of depth knowledge of her subject. Now the ambience in the class as the result of her disciplinal, instructive and scholastic teaching manner is somewhat that won’t allow any student to have a nap in between. Exceptions are always there, is the cliché that everyone is well aware of. No student can even think of going to sleep in her class because of the alertness she expects and the fabulous way she teaches different concepts.

Unfortunately this time Mr. Exception decided to worm himself into no one but me .Initial half an hour I somehow manage to be alert but after it everything is beyond control. So during that second soporific inning whenever I happened to open my eyes, I like a person who has just fell down at a public place, look up real quick to get it assured that nobody was a viewer of this rare scene. No less happy than a kid in the candy store if mam hasn’t noticed it (which luckily she hasn’t till now. Touchwood). But you know, friends are what who are always looking for such scenes where they can have a good subject to laugh upon. Nothing shocking if I say I for a dozen times get to hear ‘I am proud of you yaar, such a daring girl we have jo even KG ki class mai bhi so jati hai....hates off to you man !!’ from a number of my friends who have been the witness of spectacular scene of almost every day. My sleeping in other classes has become quite a normal thing for them. If the person sitting beside me reports that I was dozing off to any of our mutual friend after the class her reaction is always like ‘ abe isme nayi baat kya hai …basi khabar mat sunaya kar !! ‘ . So this is the strange part of the story .Now please for god sake don’t tell me ‘what’s strange about it’ .Isn’t it strange dammit that somebody possesses the capability to enjoy the slumber in every kind of lectures, be it interesting one or soporific one.

Obviously the above strange part consists of a good mix of humorous stuffs too for my friends and in turn for me also. But one will be more surprised and dumbstruck after knowing the fact that the author of this blog has just scored ¼ marks out of 10 in same KG’s subject. The more strange point to be noted is this subject is no one else but c++ programming. Programming used to be and still is one of my favorite subjects (that are very few). You see tough people’s toughness get reflected everywhere, so did it in her question paper too. Though its nowhere near to fit the excuse in right place as highest was 6 and a half. Nor it has got anything to do with my current hobby of sleeping in class, contrary to pre conceived notion of most of you guys. Any guesses then? Well it was the outcome of wrong mix of my taipa maaring from my faithful friend MJ’s copy and my own bheja applying. I explain. See, I either copy everything from my friends copy or I do it own my own completely (that happens rarely though).This time I tried to experiment and haplessly it reaped sour fruits. I copied some of answers from my friend’s copy that after listening the numbers turned out to be wrong and the remaining that I did by myself …unke saath bhi same sulook hua bhai !!

Here is some glimpse of conversation that happened among me and my friends …

Arora- (waving her hand to me, sitting in the different row) – oye kitne aye ?

Me – hehe , batao kya ?

Arora- abe bol na …

Me – hehe , ¼…

Arora – abe whole number bol….

Me- dumbo bol to rahi hoon , moreover golden words are not repeated . But mine was silver isliye repeat kar rahi hoon . kaan khade kar le tere ….1/4

Arora- vo to theek hai…integral part bol….

Me – teri problem kya hai…jaroori hai integral part hona….those who don’t have integral part ,don’t have right to live ?….matlab kya hai tera…nahi too bas aj bata hi de…(all in form to roll up my sleeves but alas soon I realized I am in half sleeves kurta .)

Arora- oye kya baat hai dude…I am proud of you man…seriously….

Me- theek hai theek hai…tere 2 bhi jyada beizzati wale nahi hai …

( this time chotu and kapoor jumped in )

chotu – oye kamaal kar diya yaar tune to ….i am proud of you dear…

kapoor- oye par ek baat to bata tune to MJ ko apne paas bithaya tha …fir kya hua…

me- vo yaar actually na mere andar ka programmer jag gaya tha or student apni akhiri sanse le raha tha…isliye andar ke programmer ki wazah se to jo problems maine khud solve ki wo galat ho gayi aur marta hua jo student nakal maar raha tha usne jo answers galat the unhe copy kar liye…yahi ho gaya bantadhaar….that is why successful people say – don’t step your foot into two different boats, concentrate on only one.

So, you see after a momentous shock I was alright as mam herself admitted that it was really a tough objective paper and so would not mind to add 3 marks in everybody’s so as to make the failures reach to the passing marks and 6+ student get the 9 or 10.After all it was a hell of surprising paper as even the solid programmers like MJ and a few more like aiyer could not score the passing marks. MJ being one of the sweetest friends of mine was quite confused when she got to know about my marks. She thought I’d carbon copied her answers and still got different figure. Whatever the whole scene was quite amusing .And here is one more testimony to the episode .Chotu was so excited to sympathize me , erroneously she guessed I will abandon my sleep and finally get rid of it .

n dont worry knowledge matters...i hv also convinced myself in same way...jokes apart its ur knowledge dat counts not marks...

Anu - seriously yaar im fortunate to hav such a wonderful frnd like u ...gyaan showered by u is wot i wil not forget for a long time to come...waise bhi yaar os mai or toc mai to apun ne tension diya hi hai bhonpu ko or os mai madhuri ne apna beda paar kar hi diya hai to shagun ke liye 1 subject mai 1/4 aa jata hai to konsi tension wali baat hai...but dear im really flattered listening ur golden words...kya jodi hai na hamari ek ke athanni to doosre ke chavanni...aisi jodi to munaabhai or circuit ki bhi nahi hogi...kya bolti hai ?...or yaar sleeping habit ka to kuch karna padega...as usual i ws again sleeping in todays kusum mam' class...lagta hai rozana ab to neebu lana padega to sprinkle d droplets of it in my eyes after every 5 min...if u come out wid better solution plz plz lemme know....bahot bada ahsaan hoga tera ...


So this kind of pagalpanthi we keep doing online or offline. Well just to inform my well wishers over here that tension nahi lene ka .It was just a class test and only marks out of 5 will be counted in final sem result. Moreover don’t have misconception that our teachers are so sweet who will allow us to imitate from others copies so easily (however I wished) .Its just the minor class tests wherein its not needed to reshuffle our seats so as to make it look like real exam. Otherwise in periodicals (mid terms) and sem exams nothing less than a Mr. India watch will help. Mean while my second sem result has been announced a few days ago and luckily like first sem I read the ‘pass’ word in my mark sheet and somehow managed to score exactly 75%.This time aiyer is the second topper with 80%,last time it was mehta.I guess this has become a trend now that the second topper has to be from our gang only.Now having such friends in your gang has its own merit.Getting treat is one of them.Now the other members of the group please dont frown on me or her by knowing the fact aiyer gave me a treat of chocobar where you guys were relishing coffee-bite.You see, the honesty inside me awakened me and made me confess it over here.For time being you people can relish the sight of big banner in the canteen showing chocobar on it.

I know the timing of saying about my last sem % and latest score ,the two poles apart things is quite bad. It’s hard to digest after reading a ¼-1/4-post with a disgusted look. But if you believe on your girlfriend or boyfriend whatever is the case then trust me ki ye meri khud ki khoon paseene ki percentage hai. I know its hell of astonishing fact but you don’t have any choice but to believe like many of my friends. One of my classmates represented their reaction on it - ‘ yaar tumhari itni ban kaise gayi. When assignment is to be submitted at 10 o clock you can be seen starting it at 8 o clock.You do so much masti , always sit at back benches read novels there even have been caught by mam. Top of that when the general trend of the class has been the downfall of 4-5% with everybody. How come. hum to sochte hai (pointing to her friend) hum itni padhai kyoon kare ?’ I simply replied her – ‘ dekh yaar galat logo se inspiration nahi leni chahiye. Tu acche se padhai kar pata chale ki is sem ke results out hone pe tum log hocky sticks leke meri taraf bhag rahe ho .isliye please khud ki nahi to meri jaan ke khatir padhna mat chodo. Padhna bahot accha hota hai sehat ke liye !! Now you know the reason of my good health?


Nobody knows about this 1/4 chakkar and the single record of its kind at home nor am I in any mood to reveal it. All I want to get is the good final result. That’s what quite tough part given my being engulfed in sweet slumber breeze every time. Leaving every thing behind this weekend has really been a good one for everybody at home. For two reasons. My bro was here for a couple of days and my nani too came here to visit us. Since my 2 masi also live nearby it was a good get together. Seeing my nani, realization comes to the mind that education and polish-ness in the behavior is not everything.She doesn’t know how to make even a phone call but she knows how to live a life, how to take care of others, how to carry out the responsibilities as deftly as any of educated responsible person would do.

She is leaving tomorrow morning and my bro and dad has already left. It’s literally quite disappointing to see a home getting empty after a couple of days of lively and resonant atmosphere. In fact just a few minutes ago bro called us up to tell his safe reaching .This is the advantage of getting admission at not-so-far place.5-6 hrs journey from jaipur to Pilani is not too much but believe me seeing him going back is not that easy. But I am sure seeing me closing this post right here would be very easy on you. So you kampooter illiterate person mount on your mouse at the left hand side and jump as high as you can with full vigor ,after seeing this page disappeared get down and slap real hard on your right cheek because you after so much jumping could not close it down, you ullu, I mean Bandar !!
